USABILITY TESTING
I moderated 2 out of 8 usability tests gathering direct feedback on how users moved through the core flow.
We focused on evaluating task completion, clarity, and overall usability, particularly in the navigation and exploration flows. I synthesized the findings into actionable priorities that directly informed the next prototype iteration.
